The most important to our first grader is that she finally lost a tooth. I think she is the last person in her class to lose a tooth. Most of the kids have adult teeth growing in every position and direction. She started off the year being upset that she still was not able to show off gaps in her smile. She can now join the ranks. She was so excited when she could move it with her tongue and even let Courtney pull (yank) it out for her. The blood made her nervous but she loved her new found lisp.
The most important to me is that we added another member to our family. Yep, Harvey is now ours forever. It pretty much felt like we brought a newborn baby home, but I think we are finally out of that stage. He is doing great and is enjoying the backyard, chewing on numerous polly pockets, wooden blocks, jump ropes, paper scraps and keeping our kitchen floor super clean
The most important to Harvey is that he got his first coat. My mom sent it to him for valentines day and he loved it (can't you tell?). It was a little snug but kept him warm on those cold winter walks.
The most important to Wilson is that he learned how to undress himself before getting into the bath. (sorry, I couldn't resist)

The most important to Macey is that she is the proud owner of her first ever real pair of goggles. Her cheap dollar store ones finally broke. She loves the YMCA pool and is a little fish diving for things for as long as we will let her. The Y has saved us this winter, we have been very frequent visitors.
The most important thing to Courtney is that he is spending his first ever spring break at MSU hanging around the house with me while it pours down rain outside. He is SO happy and spends his free time planning our garden for the summer or making us more good bread to eat.
So here is to our first Minnesota spring. Let's just hope it gets here soon.
p.s. I just noticed every picture is of the kids in their pajamas. I promise we do wear real clothes when we aren't naked.
